BIOSQUEEZE 200

DEPACKAGING & CONTAMINANT SEPARATION

One of our signature pieces of equipment, the BioSqueeze 200 is a hydraulically operated press that separates waste into a digestible and a non-digestible fraction with high degree of efficiency and reliability.

BIOSQUEEZE 200 FAQs:

Can you place black bag garbage through the BioSqueeze?

Since waste is put through the BioSqueeze, you might consider placing black bag garbage in the machine. However, the organic fraction of municipal solid waste (OFMSW) requires pretreatment, sorting and conditioning before it comes to the BioSqueeze. So, while you can put black bag garbage through it, the garbage must first undergo a rigorous process.

Will the BioSqueeze process leaf and yard waste?

Yes, the BioSqueeze is capable of processing leaf and yard waste. However, like all sorting equipment, the BioSqueeze separates based on density differences. If a material has a similar density to plastic or other non-degradable matter, as leaf or yard waste might, it will be treated as a contaminant.
