Fitec has been hired to design and deliver a turnkey biogas plant for Villa Avocado, a world leader in the production of food-grade avocado oil. The process of extracting avocado oil creates avocado pulp as a by-product. The anaerobic digestion process will recover the energy left in the pulp and will ensure that no energy goes to waste.
